After driving and managing sales of network, software and project resources for over a decade, Tory Soli shifted focus to the people part of the solutions and I.T. Staffing Services was created. The goal was to continue to assist companies evolve technical systems and operational efficiencies through recruiting strong resources. Armed with corporate organizational knowledge, a degree in Psychology from Iowa State and a lifelong study of human behavior, the perfect alignment for helping others was established.
